Credentials Update. July 2018
- Changes to Credentials Fees
One of the great challenges that we have is how to finance the annual conference. We cannot make this mandatory but it really is a part of belonging to and working with the group. Because we have only a 50% attendance rate of credential holders coming to the spring conference we are going to change the credential costs for 2019 to include the cost of the conference.
What this means is that the cost of your credential will now increase to include the cost of the conference. Spiritual Care Worker, Lay-Pastor, and Licensed Pastor credentials will now increase to $50.00 for 2019 and $75.00 for ordained pastors. Funds in the credentials account above our costs are always dedicated to conference costs so that pastors and workers benefit from their fees.
Pastors Emeritus do not pay for credentials and conferences.
- Code of Ethics.
We wish to thank everyone who has submitted a police report. We have an almost 100% compliance and we are good to go with our credentials for the next three years. For 2019 we want to make sure that our records are up to date with regards to the Code of Ethics that we all sign. This will be presented to you for signing before the end of the year.
